Two-Bedroom Apartment Smart Living Transformation
We were engaged to transform an existing conventional two-bedroom apartment into a modern, comfortable, and technology-enabled smart living space.
The project involved a comprehensive renovation and spatial reconfiguration of the existing unit. Key interventions included the replacement of internal doors and louvre windows, installation of new floor and wall finishes, and remodelling of the existing layout to introduce a second bathroom and improve spatial functionality. Selected spaces were opened up to create a more contemporary and interconnected living environment.
The renovation also incorporated a new POP ceiling system, modern lighting installations, smart switches, and other contemporary finishing elements and smart-living accessories designed to enhance convenience, functionality, aesthetics, and overall user experience.
With the project currently 95% complete, the transformation demonstrates our approach to combining functional requirements, contemporary design, construction quality, and smart technology to add significant value to an existing residential property.
