This contemporary three-storey residential development was conceptualised and designed by Projekt Arena Consulting Services as a functional, space-efficient, and investment-oriented apartment building for an urban setting.
The development provides three residential units on each floor, comprising one two-bedroom apartment and two one-bedroom apartments. Each one-bedroom unit incorporates an ensuite bedroom, living area, and open-plan kitchen, creating a practical and modern living environment within a compact footprint.
The design adopts a clean contemporary architectural language, complemented by carefully considered spatial planning, natural lighting and ventilation, efficient circulation, and appropriate separation of private and shared spaces.
Beyond the architectural concept, the project demonstrates Projekt Arena's integrated approach to design coordination, construction planning, and project management, with emphasis on functionality, buildability, efficient use of space, and long-term investment value.
